Vendors’ Registration Requirements

Only Mama Mia’s Soko Members can have a Vendor Account access by providing the following: 

• Business/Company Name
• Business registration (i.e TIN) number 
• Phone number
• Email Address 
• Physical Address with full details
• Products &/ Services offered 
• Mode of delivery 
• Photo/Logo (PNG) of their business for profile
• Social Media Accounts IG, FB etc
• Share whatsapp location or Latitude and Logitude of the business location 

NOTE 1: Vendor is solely responsible for determining, collecting, withholding, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes, duties, fees and additional charges for sales relating to transactions.

NOTE 2: ALL MEMBERS MUST HAVE READ OUR SALES COMMISSION AGREEMENT (A PUBLIC DOCUMENT TO BE VIEWED AND   ADHERED TO BY ALL MEMBERS)
